How to supervise and nurse the cases of arrhythmia after the open heart surgery

目的:心内直视手术后严密监护,以减少心律失常的发生。方法:本文报告心内直视手术54例,针对其影响因素,提出了早期加强监护的具体措施,如心电图、氧饱和度、体温的监护、血管活性药、起博器的正确使用、电解质紊乱的防治等。结果:术后患者发生心律失常18例,全部康复。结论:心内直视手术后通过严密监护,及时发现心律失常,及时处理十分重要。

Objective To supervise and nurse after the open heart surgery and prevent the happening of arrhythmia. Methods The paper includes 54 cases of the open heart surgery. On the aspect of its effects, it puts forward some detailed methods in supervising and nursing at the early stage, such as electro cardiogram, oxygen saturation, supervising and nursing of the temperature, medicine to activate blood vessel, the correct usage of pacemaker, the prevention and treatment of the disorder in dielectric and so on. Results 18 cases of arrhythmia have recovered completely after careful supervising and nursing. Conclusion It is important to find cases of arrhythmia and give the prompt treatment through supervising and nursing.
