前列腺电切术(TURP)的术前术后护理

The nursing before and after transurethral resection of the prostate(TURP)

目的:总结前列腺增生症(BPH)行TURP术前术后的护理管理经验。方法:通过回顾性病案总结,整理出行之有效的术前、术后护理措施。结果:术组患者经积极的术前术后护理,均顺利经过手术及术后恢复期,无并发症发生。结论:对TURP病人术前、术后的有效护理,是患者耐受手术、顺利康复,避免术后并发症的有效保证。

Objective To conclude the experience of nursing the patients of benign prostatic hypertrophy(BPH) who were treated with TURP.Methods From 2001 to 2003, the nursing experience of 198 cases with TURP were reviewed and the effective measures were worked out.Results With aborative nursing , all patients were safe before and after TURP without any complication. Conclusion It is pointed out that successful operation should be guaranteed by the skillful nursing which can inprove healing rate and reduce complication.
