目的:如何帮助高职新生尽快适应大学生活,实现角色转变,顺利渡过“迷惘期”。方法:关注新生环境与角色的改变;重视新生心理问题,抓好心理健康教育以及专业思想教育;更新思想教育观念。结论:班主任通过丰富多彩的思想政治工作,当好学生的“引路人”,帮助新生渡过“迷惘期”。

Objective This paper expounds how to help the freshmen in High Vocational Schools get adapted to the campus life, fufil the role- change and pass “ the Lost Period” .Methods To care for the freshmen's changes in environment and role, to pay attention to the freshmen's psychological health education and to renew the sense of ideological education.Conclusion Class adviser should be the “ guidance” to the freshmen of high vocational college.
