摘要
用60 Coγ射线不同剂量辐照大豆品系、品种及F1风干种子 ,探讨其对F1M1 F1M6、LM1 LM6及BM1 BM6植株的出苗、苗高、株高、熟期、半孕、不孕、双茎、存活及倒伏等的影响 ,选出了一些有益的稳定突变类型 ,有望在黑龙江北部高纬寒地推广应用。
The dry seeds of soybean F 1 ,lines and breeds were irradiated with 60Co γ-rays, the emergence, seedling height,mature period, half booting or not booting, double stem, surviving and lodging of F-1M-1-F-1M-6,LM-1-LM-6 and BM-1-BM-6 were studied.Some beneficial mutation types were selected and likely to be popularized in the high latitude region of Heilongjiang province.
