摘要
用大孔吸附树脂对氯化苯生产中的副产盐酸进行吸附处理。试验结果表明 ,含苯、氯化苯和二氯苯质量浓度为 4 4 8.5 6mg/L的副产盐酸 ,在常温、吸附流量为 4BV/h的条件下 ,经过ND 15 0大孔吸附树脂吸附处理后 ,副产盐酸中的有机物质量浓度可降至 1mg/L以下 ,有机物的去除率达 99.8% ,处理后的副产盐酸由浅黄色变为无色透明 ,且无芳香烃化合物的气味。吸附后的ND 15 0大孔吸附树脂经乙醇洗脱再生后可重复使用 。
Byproduct hydrochloric acid (BHA)in chlorobenzene production was treated by adsorption process with macroporous resin.The results show that being treated by the process with macroporous resin ND-150 under the conditions of conventional temperature and 4 BV/h of flux,the concentration of organic materials in BHA containing orginally 448.56 mg/L of benzene,chlorobenzene and dichlorobenzene can be reduced to 1 mg/L with 99.8% of removal rate;the treated BHA can become from yellow to colorless and pellucid and free of aromatic odor.Regenerated by washing with alcohol,the used ND-150 can be reused with satisfying effect.
