Selection and Breeding of a Superior Rubber Clone SCATC 5-11

摘要 橡胶树热研5-11是四生代无性系,亲本为热研56-5x热研88-13,经初级系比试验5割年及高级系比6割年的干胶产量和副性状的鉴定,结果表明:热研5-11是一个早熟、高产的品种,树围生长与对照(RRIM600)相当,高比区前6割年平均年干胶产量为5.86 kg/株和2 253kg·hm-2,分别比对照高93.4%和65.3%;抗风力一般,风害断倒率为3.0%,比对照高0.7个百分点,无显著差异:第6割年末死皮停割率为4.2%,比对照高1.9个百分点。该品种可在海南岛中西部轻风害区种植。 SCATC 5-11 is a fourth generation clone of rubber tree, a cross between SCATC 56-5 and SCATC 88-13. Preliminary and advanced trials of Hevea clone SCATC 5-11 showed that the clone was an improved clone of rubber tree with the characteristics of high yield and precocity. The girth growth of SCATC 5-11 was similar to that of RRIM600. The annual mean yield of dry rubber during the first six years of tapping was 5.86 kg/tree or 2 253 kg/hm2 which was 93.4 % or 65.3 % higher than that of the control RRIM600. This clone has an average windfirmness and a snapping and uprooting rate of 3.0 %. The dryness rate was 4.2 % at the end of the sixth tapping year, which was about 1.9 % higher than RRIM600. It is fit for growing in weak -wind areas in the Midwest of Hainan Island.
