摘要
本文主要介绍商业智能(BI)技术及其应用,并通过一个案例介绍了商业智能在电信行业的应用,然后探讨了商业智能应用的误区和建议,最后对商业智能的发展提出了一些看法。
This paper mainly introduces BI and its application. The paper explains how BI is used in telecommunications industry through a case. And then it further discusses the inappropriate applications of BI and some suggestions. Finally, it raises some author's opinions on the development of BI.
