小儿置入永久心脏起搏器25例术后的并发症及防治

Permanent cardiac pacemaker implantation in 25 children -complications, their prevention and treatment

目的 探讨安装了永久起搏器的 2 5例小儿术后出现的并发症及防治方法。方法 术后 1W ,1、3、6及 12个月 ,此后每隔 1年复查心电图、胸片、心脏超声等实验室检查 ,同时检测起搏器阈值。结果 术后并发症共有 11例次 ,包括心律失常、感染、电极脱位、膈肌抽动、导线断裂及起搏器感知不良等。结论 并发症于术后 3个月内多见 ,在此期间应密切随访 ,及时发现与治疗 ,预后良好。

Objectives To explore the post-implant complications of permanent cardiac pacema-kers in 25 children,their preventive measures and treatment. Methods The patients' electrocardiography,chest roentgenograms and echocardiography and Doppler were examined at the 1 st week,the,1 st ,3 rd ,6 th ,12 th month,and then every year after implantation respectively. The thredsholds of pacemakers were also tested as well. Results 11 cases of complications included arrhythmia,infection,electrode displacement,diaphragm contraction, electrode fracture and undersensing,etc. Conclusions The complications usually appeared within three months after implantation. Close monitoring within this period,early discovery and treatment of the complications will result in good prognosis.
