摘要
目的 观察拜新同对糖尿病合并高血压患者的降压效果及对糖、脂和尿酸代谢的影响。方法 36例 2型糖尿病合并高血压患者予拜新同 30mg ,每日 1次口服 ,疗程12W ,测坐位血压 ,试验前后测定 :空腹血糖 (FPG)、餐后 2h血糖 (2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白 (HbAlc)、空腹血清C肽 (FCp)、餐后 2h血清C肽 (2hCp)、甘油三酯 (TG) ,血清总胆固醇(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL ch)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL ch)、血清尿酸 (UA)。结果 收缩压 (SBP)由 (176±9)mmHg降至 (138± 8)mmHg ,P <0 0 5 ,舒张压 (DBP)由(10 2± 4 )mmHg降至 (84± 3)mmHg ,P <0 0 5 ;FPG、2hPG、HbAlc、FCp、2hCp、TG ,TC、LDL ch、HDL ch无明显变化 ,P >0 0 5 ,UA水平降低 ,P <0 0 5。结论 拜新同降压效果肯定 ,对糖、脂代谢无影响。
Objectives To evaluate the effects of reduce blood pressure and changes of serum glucose, lipid and urine acid in diabetic patients with hypertension after Adalat GITS treatment. Methods 36 type 2 DM patients with hypertension were given Adalat GITS 30 mg qd ×12 w. Before and after Adalat GITS treatment, blood pressure, FPG, 2hPG, HbAlc, FCp, 2hCp, TG, TC, LDL-ch, HDL-ch and UA were measured. Results SBP was reduced from (176±9) mmHg to (138±8) mmHg. DBP was reduced from (102±4) mmHg to (84±3) mmHg, P<0.05. FPG, PPG, HbAlc, FCp, PCp, TG, TC, LDL-ch, HDL-ch had no significant changes during the treatment. UA showed a decrease. Conclusions Adalat GITS is effective to lowering blood pressure in diabetic patients with hypertension. By Adalat GITS, glucose and lipid metabolism aren't significantly influenced.
