将HACCP的预防性管理理念运用在物流作业管理中,分析物流作批环节中可能产生的危害和表现特征,制定危害发生的纠正措施,并在管理中针对各个作业环节中的危害采取预防性管理措施,减少危害发生,确保物流作业安全和质量,提高经济效率。
Applying the managing idea of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point in logistics operation management, the paper analyzes the harm and behavior may produced in logistics operation and takes relevant measures to prevent or correct them.
