摘要
通过DNA分型技术 ,已经明确了人类妊娠期多种疾病的发生、发展与HLA Ⅱ类基因相关联。目前可通过计算相对危险因子来判断HLA等位基因的频率。HLA Ⅱ类基因多态性可以改变HLA分子、抗原、T细胞之间相互作用的特性 ,并因此控制对外来抗原的免疫应答。HLA Ⅱ类基因编码的某一氨基酸序列调控对疾病的易感性和临床性状。构成HLA基因群的各个基因是高度连锁的 ,因此与某一特定疾病关联的易感基因有可能不是单一的 ,而是一些连锁基因的组合。
By means of DNA typing technique,it has been determined that genesis and development of various kinds of diseases induced by pregnancy are associated with HLA classⅡ gene. For present, frequency of allelic gene of HLA can be judged by calculating the relative hazard factor. HLA class Ⅱ gene polymorphisms can change characteristics of interactions among HLA molecules, antigens and T cells and control the immune response of body to foreign antigens thereby.Certain amino acid sequence coded by the gene of HLA class Ⅱ regulates and controls the susceptibility to the disease and clinical symptoms of it. Since each gene in HLA gene group is highly linked, the susceptible genes associated with certain specific disease may not be single, rather may be a combination of some linked genes.
