摘要
本文研究了以石油醚为溶剂,采用了21型分光光度计,分别测定不同产地的菜籽油、大豆油、葵花籽油、花生油、芝麻油和色拉油中的日—胡萝卜素含量,回收率为97％～100％。
This paper researcher that content of β-carotin of peanut oil, sunflower oil, Sesame oil, rapeseed oil, soybeen oil and salad oil producing in different places has been measured,With petroleum ether as solvent, usnig 721-spectrometer. Rate of recovering is 97%-100%.
