摘要
本文介绍一种在运转中测量水泥回转窑轴线的新方法。该方法是在轮带的水平和垂直直径线上安装三个与计算机联接的位移传感器,直接测出轮带的位置参数,最后由计算机计算出运转中窑轴线相对准直轴线的偏差。窑轴线的测量精度在水平方向为±1.5mm,在垂直方向为±2.5mm。
This acticle is concerned with a new method of re-aligning rotary kilns while they are in opera-tion with the new method three displacement sensors are placed at the vertical and horizontal diame-ter of the tyre and are connected to a computer. So the space data of the tyre can be directly mea-sured and changes between the rotary kiln axis in operation and the aligned kiln axis refered can befind out with the computer. Thte measurement precision of the kiln axis is ±1.5mm in horizontaland ±2.5mm in vertical.
