摘要
为观察 IL-2在自然感染兔脑炎原虫獭兔体内的免疫作用 ,用双抗体夹心 EL ISA试剂盒对 8只自然感染兔脑炎原虫的獭兔和 4只健康长耳白对照兔的血清及培养 3 d和 4d的脾和淋巴结的细胞培养上清中的 IL-2进行了检测。检测结果为病兔与对照兔 IL -2平均含量差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5) ,但病兔 IL -2平均含量高于对照兔。提示 IL -2对病兔产生了一定的免疫作用 。
In order to observe immunity of otter rabbits which naturally infected with Encephalitozoon cuniculi ,8 sick otter rabbits and 4 long ears white rabbits were used in this experiment.Then IL 2 from serum and supernatant of spleen and lymph node cells which incubated 3 days and 4 days were tested with IL 2 ELISA Kit. The result showed that quantity of IL 2 from sick otter rabbits and control rabbits was not significant(P> 0.05 ),but the quantity of IL 2 from sick otter rabbits was slightly higher than that of control rabbits.This suggests that IL 2 has certain immunity to sick rabbits but doesn't play an important role in the protective immunity.
