摘要
单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎的发病大多数是由潜伏的单纯疱疾病毒再激活引起已基本得到公认,但病毒潜伏及再激活的具体机制还不十分明确,本文就国外近年来LAT在单纯疱疹病毒潜伏感染的建立、维持和再激活过程中所起的重要作用作一简要综述。
