摘要 目的 :研究p73基因与乳癌的关系。方法 :应用免疫组化、RT PCR等技术检测乳癌组织p73基因的表达情况。结果 :45例乳癌组织p73基因表达阳性者 2 1例 ,明显高于良性乳腺肿瘤 (P <0 .0 5) ;淋巴结转移阳性者p73基因表达明显高于阴性者 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 Objective:To investigate the relationship between p73 gene and breast cancer.Methods:The expression of p73 gene in breast cancer tissues wer e detected by immunohistochemical and RT-PCR. Results:The expression of p73 gene is significantly higher in b reast cancer(21/45) than in breast benign tumors(P<0.05);also i s significantly higher in positive metastasis of lymph nodes than in nagetive o nes(P<0.05). Conclusion:The increasing expression of p73 gene may be related with breast cancer.
