摘要
从土壤中分离一株Psendomonassp .ZD - 8菌株 ,具有较强的降解菜油的能力。在温度为 30℃、pH值为 7、摇床转速 2 10r/min和接种量为 10 %条件下 ,该菌在 2 4h内降解 5 0 0mg/L菜油的去除率达到 95 .6 %;假单胞菌的菜油降解反应符合Monod动力学模式 ,其反应的米氏常数Km为 15 0 1mg/L ,最大反应速度为 80 .4mg菜油 / (10 8.h) .
Pseudomonas sp.ZD-8 separated from contaminated soil has rather strong ability for rape oil degration.Under the conditions of temperature 30℃,pH 7,rotate speed 210rpm and incubation amount 10%,the rate of degradating rape oil was 95.6% within 24 hours.The degradation reaction of Pseudomonas sp.ZD-8 accorded with Monod model.The reaction constant Km was 1501mg/L;the greatest reaction speed Vm was 81.5mg rape oil/(10 8.h)
