Present situation and development of silicon dioxide

系统介绍并分析了SiO2在工业领域的利用现状。目前,国内的SiO2开发应用逐步由粗加工向深加工发展,尤其是纳米技术的渗入以及硅电子光学产品的开发,加速了SiO2产品的发展。现阶段SiO2开发应用产品主要有:纳米陶瓷等超细纳米化产品、氮氧化硅粉末、分子筛、耐高温硅酸钙保温材料、新型精铸用石英粉涂料等。此外,指出了该领域研究目前存在的问题及今后的对策。

Present status of utilization for silicon dioxide in industry was systematically introduced and analyzed. Up-to-date, the utilization of siliacon dioxide has turned from the status of rough processing to that of profound in China. This process has been accelerated by the intermingle of nanometer technology and the develpoment of silicon electro-optical products. The main current silicon dioxide products are such as follows. They are nanometer materials, such as nanometer ceramic, silicon oxynitride power, molecular sieve, high-temperature resistant thermal insulation materials of calciumsilicates, a new type silica powder coating investment casting, etc. In addition, it refers to problems need to be solved and suggestions for further utilizing the silicon dioxide in this paper.
