SO_2烟气治理与钾长石提钾共同促进亚钾法制浆造纸业的发展 被引量:1

摘要 当前我国SO2烟气污染严重,引用超重力技术对烟气进行高效脱硫,作为我国基础产业的农业急需大量的钾肥,刺激了钾长石的开发。制浆造纸成为我国又一大产业,但受自身生产过程中高污染、高耗能等限制,选用亚钾法制浆能有效解决此问题,并提高了纸浆的得率和质量。本研究治理污染的同时制取了造纸制浆蒸煮药剂,钾长石的开发提高了农产品的产量和质量,环境保护与经济效益并举,实现了循环经济。 At current, our country is sharply polluted by sulfur dioxide fume. High Gravity Technology is applied to treat flue gas desulfurization effectively. Agriculture is a primary industry in our country. The starvation for potash fertilizer in our agriculture promotes the exploitation of potash feldspar. Pulp and paper industry becomes an important industry too, but it is limited by the pollution and power waste in its production process. With the application of potassium sulfite process in pulp and paper industry, the problems can be effectively resolved. At the same time the yield and quality of pulp is increased. This research disposes sulfur dioxide fume pollution, synchronously develops medicament of pulping. And the exploitation of potash feldspar increases the quality and quantity of produces. It is not only protects environment but also gets profits, and it realizes circular economy.
