分析了国有大中型施工企业的发展现状 ,针对WTO的加入对中国建筑行业的影响 ,从实施名牌战略 ,增加企业融资能力等方面 ,提出了施工企业持续发展壮大的一系列措施。

The present development situations of state owned large sized & medium sized enterprises are analyzed. In view of the influences as China became the member of WTO a series measures is proposed from carrying out development strategy of top brand, increase financing ability and other aspects to ensure the sustainable development of construction enterprises.
