摘要
利用苯甲酯和二甲亚砜在氢化钠的存在下发生缩合反应 ,通过Pummerer重排生成α 羰基—硫代半缩醛 .α 羰基—硫代半缩醛具有两个亲电中心 ,利用它和含有两个氨基的化合物氨基脲、氨基硫脲反应合成了一类新型的连二硫酸酯化合物 .其结构经红外、核磁、质谱和元素分析得到了证实 .此类化合物的合成对于丰富有机硫化学的基本理论、开辟合成含氮杂环化合物的新方法 ,对于合成新农药。
keto hemithioacetal was prepared by condensation reaction of methyl benzoate and DMSO in presence of NaH,through the Pummerer rearrangement.α-keto hemithioacetal has two electric-philic centers,which can react with compounds with two amino group such as aminocarbazide and thiosemicarbazide so as to form a new type of dithionite.The structure of products were confirmed by IR,NMR,MS and element alanalysis.This kind of compounds is very important in enriching the basic theory of organic sulfur chemistry and inaugurating new approaches to synthesizing nitric heterocyclic compounds and synthesizing new pesticide and new medicament and nitrogenous metal coordination coumpound.
