喘息灵糖浆对发作期支气管哮喘临床疗效和对T细胞亚群、细胞及体液免疫影响的研究

Clinical Results of Syrup Chuan Xi Ling on Bronchial Asthma, T-cell Subset and Humoroimmunity Studies

本文报告运用喘息灵糖浆治疗急发期支气管哮喘98例的临床实验研究,并以组合西药治疗作为对照(98例)。结果:观察组控显率为69.3％,总有效率为89.7％,两组疗效无显著差异(P>0.05),但观察组毒副作用明显低于西药组(P<0.01)。研究结果提示,喘息灵具有调节T淋巴细胞亚群,提高细胞免疫机能及降低血清IgE水平的功效,7项免疫指标治疗前后差异显著(P<0.05),西药组治前后无显著差异(P>0.05)。喘息灵糖浆可作为治疗急发期支气管哮喘的有效制剂。

Clinical observation and experiment of Syrup Chuan Xi Ling(CXL)in the treat-ment of 98 cases of acute bronchial asthma were presented. The total effective rateof CXL group was 87.8%. The total effective rate of western medicine group was89.7%. There were no significant differences between them (P>0.05), the incidenceof side-effect in the western medicine group was significantly higher than that in CXLgroup (P<0.001). The result indicated that Syrup Chuan Xi Ling could regulate theratio of T-lymphocyte subset, increased cellular immune function as well as decreased1evel of serum IgE. There were significant differences of the 7 indices before andafter treatment with the group of CXL but no significant differences with the con-trol group of western medicine (P>0.05). Clinical observation and experiment dem-onstrated that Syrup Chuan Xi Ling was an effective Chinese traditional herbalprescription in the treatment of acute bronchial asthma.
