This paper analyses the contemporary development of Japanese society from the perspective of civil movement in the background of the 'Post-55 Years System.' It is argued that the 'Post-55 Years System' is a transitive system. In the near future Japanese politics will still be in the transitive of searching for adjustment. Within this adjustment stage, Japanese civil movement is playing its important element of the great significance upon Japanese politics. Based upon the previous judgment, the potentialities and the positive factors in the Japanese civil movement will also be discussed.
