咳喘平糖浆对急发期喘息型支气管炎临床疗效及免疫学影响的研究

Clinical and Immunological Effects of Ke Chuan Ping Syrup in Acute Asthmatic Bronchitis

以半夏厚朴汤加味,研制成的咳喘平糖浆,治疗60例成人急发期喘息型支气管炎,观察其临床疗效,并应用免疫检测法测定了患者外周血OKT_3^+、OKT_4^+、OKT_8^+细胞,OKT_4^+/OKT_8^+细胞比值,B淋巴细胞,大颗粒淋巴细胞以及血清总IgE、IgM、IgG、IgA10项指标。结果显示:1.患者治疗前T淋巴细胞亚群失调,细胞免疫功能降低,体液免疫功能亢进。2.本方可调节T淋巴细胞亚群比例,增强细胞免疫功能。3.“咳喘平”组治疗后血清总IgE及IgM水平明显下降,提示本方可使异常增高的体液免疫功能得到抑制。4.本方有较好的清热、化痰、平喘功效,可能和其免疫调节作用有关。

The effect of Ke-Chuan-Ping syrup on the immune function and clinical evalua-tion of acute asthmatic bronchitis (AAB) was reported. Sixty cases of acute asthmaticbronchitis were chosen for clinical observation, Laboratory research including 10 imm-une indexes, compared with 60 cases of western medicine group with same conditionsrandomized. The result demonstrated (1) Before treatment, blood OKT_3^+、OKT_4^+, OKT_8^+ and LGL of AAB were lower, OKT_4^+/OKT_8^+ cell ratio was higher than that ofthe normal group. Furthermore, IgE, IgM content in serum of AAB was significantlyhigher than that of normal group, (2) Blood OKT_3^+. OKT_4^+, OKT_8^+ and LGL of AABafter treatment with the syrup were significantly higher than those before treatment,(P<0.05), suggesting the syrup could regulate the cell ratio of T-Lymphocyte subset,comparing with the western medicine group. (3) the serum IgE, IgM contents were si-gnificantly lower than those before treatment in the test group, (4) The syrup was a good remedy for AAB. The effect of clearing the heat, eliminating sputum, relievingcough and asthma might be related to its action of enhancing and regulating the cellmediated immunity in AAB.
