Discrimination of GUSHI XINZHENG and GUWEW XINZHENG in the Historical Studies of Early Modern Time

本文主要通过对民初史学界语境的考察,论证“古文新证”为王国维1925年清华国学院讲义的标题及其本意。并由《古文新证》分析王国维与民初史学界的关系,进而理出民初学者治学方法和态度的差异及其隐含的共有的价值取向。

Reviewing the history circle of 1920s, this article demonstrates that \!Newly prove ancient writings\', but not \!Newly prove ancient history\', is the title of Wang Guowei's teaching materials in academe of Tsinghua School in 1925. According to \!newly prove ancient writings\', the article tries to analyze the relationship between Wang Guowei and the history circle of that time, and finally to straighten out scholars' differences in research and their common tropism in value judgment.\;[
