先秦两汉志怪书中没有鬼话,鬼话是魏晋志怪的创造,它反映了中国古代鬼神观念发展的历史变化。魏晋志怪构建了一个完整的鬼魅意象系统,包括泰山阴府的存在状态、阴间与阳间的空间关系、鬼魅的形貌、秉性特征以及鬼与人的关系等等。魏晋鬼魅意象表现了鬼话的人格化、人情化和文学化倾向,为后世文学的鬼魅题材的创作提供了要件、母题和想象平台。
In the Pre - Chin and the Former and Latter Han dynasty, there were no anecdotes about ghosts and goblins, while this style of writing was invented in the fantasies of the Wei and Jin periods, representing the historical change of the ideas about Spirits in ancient China. A comprehensive , imaginative system of ghosts and goblins was established in the fantasies of the Wei and Jin periods, including the existence of the nether world in the Tai Mountain, the spatial relation between the nether world and the existing world, the figures and characters of ghosts and goblins as well as the relationship between the spirits and the human beings, etc. . The imagination of ghosts and goblins then tended to represent the trend of personification, humanization and literary characterization in the anecdotes of ghosts and goblins, and to provide fundamental elements, motifs and circumstances for posterior literary creation of the Spirits.
