翻译实践和翻译界“内环境”建造

本文从“翻译的社会管理”(含科技翻译 )的角度 ,就翻译界目前的部分研究动向 ,阐述了翻译理论为翻译实践服务的观点 ,分析了翻译界存在的一些问题及作出改进的建议 ,对与翻译工作有关的某些特殊现象提出了笔者的看法。

This paper employs the concept of 'social administration of the translation sector'(including science & technology translation) to view the current situation of theoretical study on translation,and emphasizes the importance of the principle of 'translation theory serving translation practice'.Some problems and defects found in the translation circles are listed and causes thereof are traced,and suggestions presented.Opinion upon certain specific matter related to the translation field is expressed as well in the article.
