摘要
本文用835-50型氨基酸自动分析仪测定了山楂和山楂叶中17种氨基酸的含量。结果表明,山楂叶中氨基酸的总含量高达10.3%,山楂中约含2.4%。
The contents of 17 amino acids in the fruit and the leaf of Crataegus Pinnatifida Bge. var major N. E. Br. had been determined by automatic amino acid analyzer Model 835-50. The results revealed that total amino acid contents in the leaf amounted to 10.3% and in the fruit the contents of amino acids was about 2.4%.
