摘要 本文运用反相高效液相色谱法测定中药茜草(Rubia cordifolia L.)及同属植物根中的主要成分蒽醌类化合物的含量。对评价茜草药材质量、茜草的药材鉴别以及资源利用具有一定的意义。 This paper reports the results of determination of the content of anthraquinone constituents in traditional Chinese medicine 'Qian Chao'and the other 14 species of Rubia plants by a reversed phase HPLC method. It affords a scientific evaluation of their pharmaceutical qualities
