离子交换法分离制备植酸的研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文研究了离子交换法直接从米糠酸溶液中吸附分离制备植酸的条件和方法。与植酸盐沉淀法相比,工艺简单,生产周期短,产品纯度高,为植酸的离子交换特性的理论研究和应用开发提供了重要依据。 This paper mainly deals with the method and experimental condition for the isolation and preperation of phytic acid from rice bran in ion exchange chromatograpby. To compare with Precipitation process, it offers an excellent method of production phytic acid and give us an important ideal to research phytic acid further.
