摘要
本文对栝楼、双边栝楼、王瓜、大子栝楼、湖北栝楼和糙点栝楼的种子进行了水解氨基酸的含量测定和分析比较。它们的氨基酸总量为9.7410～19.2203％,人体必需氨基酸含量为3.2092～5.8189％。含量较高的氨基酸依次是谷氨酸、精氨酸、门冬氨酸和亮氨酸。
The amino acids in the seeds of Trichosanthes kirilowii, T. rosthornii, T. cucumeroide; T. truncata, T. hupehensis and T. dunniana(cucurbitaceae) were determined and analyzed. The total contents of amino acids were 9.7410--19.2203%. The contents of human essential amino acids were 3.2092--5.8189%. The contents of Glu, Arg, Asp and Leu were heighter.
