HYSIM软件模拟天然气加工工艺流程的研究(Ⅱ)——含循环物流系统

Research on Using HYSIM Software to Simulat Natural Gas Processing Technology Process(Ⅱ)-Containing Cyclic Material to Flow in System

本文以大庆天然气三甘醇脱水工艺吸收塔、天然气低温浅冷分离装置冷冻系统和防冻剂乙二醇再生系统的模拟计算为例,讨论了应用HYSIM软件对含循环物流系统进行流程模拟的方法,并结合天然气浅冷和深冷分离装置探讨了能量流匹配的模拟计算技巧。研究表明,应用HYSIM软件的调节操作和计算器操作成功地模拟了塔底能量供需之间以及膨胀机和增压机间能量的相互匹配。

This paper discusses the method of process simulation for containing cyclic material to flow in system by use of HYSIM software,making the simulation calculation of natural gas triethylene glycol dewatering adsorption column, freeze system of the low temperature light freeze separation equipment and glycol antifreeze agent reprocess system in Daqing as an example,and inquires into the simulation calculation skill of matching energy flow,combined with natural gas light freeze and deep freeze separation equipments. This research indicates that by use of the adjust operation and calculator operation of the HYSIM software,the mutual match between supply and necessity of the energy at down column and the one of the energy between expander and supercharger are successfully simulated.
