论油气田企业经营多元化与国际化

On the Diversification and Internationalization of Oil and Gas Enterprise Management

本文分析了国内外企业经营多元化、国际化的历史和现状,对比了国内外石油企业所处经济地位,从资源、市场、优势条件等分析出发,得出石油企业应建立多元化、国际化经营模式以加速发展的结论,主张积极稳妥不失时机地开展国际化经营。

In this paper,the domestic and foreign history and present situation of the diversification and internationalization of enterprise management is analyzed,the economic status of domestic petroleum enterprise is contrasted with that of the foreign ones and a conclusion that petroleum enterprises must establish diversification and internationalization management mode to accelerate their development is drawed,starting from the analyses of resource,market and superiority conditions. The authors advocate to seize the opportune moment to actively and safely develop internationalization management.
