摘要
本文通过对合理化劳动组合意义的阐述和对石油钻探行业劳动力构成现状的分析,提出了在石油企业内部倡导并实施合理化劳动组合的认识,阐明了合理化劳动组合应遵循的一般原则和方法步骤。
In this article, the proposals about initiating and carrying out rationalization labor combination in petroleum enterprise are presented and the general principles, methods and stepe which must be followed in rationalisation labor combination are described through clarifying the meaning of rationalization labor com- bination and analyzing the current situation of labor force composition in petroleum drilling industry.
