加强项目管理,搞好油气勘探

Strengthening Project Management to make Oil and Gas Exploration Wel1

根据石油企业推行项目管理的经验,本文从分析项目管理的要求入手,对油气勘探项目管理需引起重视的问题提出了看法和建议。

Based on the experience of project management practised in petroleum enterprises, this paper puts for- ward some opinions and proposals about the problems necessarily to pay attention to oil and gas explroation project management, starting with analyzing the demands of project management.
