摘要
从均相酸、碱催化反应的机理出发,以阳离子活性中间体的亲核加成为控制步骤,考虑水浓度改变的条件下(加入水浓度因子),导出了接近工业生产条件下的动力学方程。实验测得的动力学数据经回归拟合得到了动力学方程中的不同常数,再经回归检验证实回归直线是合理的。反应速率的计算值与实测值相当吻合,证明动力学方程可靠,并测定了水解反应的活化能值。
Starting from the homogeneous acid/ base catalysis mechanism,taking the addition of cation active media as controlling step and taking the water content into account,the kinetics equation under the conditions close to industrial practice was induced. The kinetic data were obtained by experiment. By the regression and imitation of experimental data,several constants of kinetics equation were obtained. Through the further regression and verification of the data and equation,it had been identified that the linear regression was reasonable. On the basis of above study,the experimental data an calculated ones were compared with each other and found very closed. So that this kinetics equation can be used as the scientific basis of industrial hydrolysis reactor design. The activation energy of hydrolysis reaction was also determied.
