摘要
用透射电镜对Ni系催化剂的积炭情况进行了研究。结果表明,催化剂添加稀土元素后,对其积炭的影响很大。用电镜对Z107及Z111两种催化剂进行观察时发现,在未加稀土的Z107催化剂样品上有积炭现象产生,在炭须的尾端都有一个金属Ni的微粒,而且,该金属微粒的表面被由从气相中吸附的炭所覆盖;将Z107样品与添加La_2O_3的Z111催化剂进行对比后发现,Z111样品的抗积炭性能有很大的改善。此外,还对炭须的生长过程进行了研究。
The Carbon deposit on the Ni system steam reforming catalyst produced by our institute was studied by using the electron microscope. The result showed that the addition of rare earth to the catalyst had a great influence upon carbon deposit. From the observation to the two kinds of catalyst by TEM, it was discovered that all samples of Z107 catalyst without rare earth forms deposit. At one end of carbon filament, there is a metal particle (Ni). Furthermore,the surface of the metal particle is surrounded by the carbon adsorbed from the gas phase. Contrast to the sample of Z107, catalyst Z111 is added with La_2O_3,The ability of sample Z111 to carbon deposit resistance is improved greatly. The process of carbon filament generation was also studied.
