国产JH-01颗粒白土在环丁砜抽提装置上的应用

Application of home-made JH-01 granular clay in the cyclobutylsulfone unit

环丁砜抽提装置利用颗粒白土具有吸附烯烃和酸性催化活性的特点,使芳烃抽提中的烯烃发生吸附,并聚合和烷基化为高沸点的化合物,在蒸馏过程中予以去除,以保证苯产品的色泽合格。文中通过对国产和进口两种颗粒白土的性能对比评价及工业装置试用JH-01颗粒白土的情况考察和分析,得出国产JH-01颗粒白土能满足生产实际需要,可以代替Filtrol颗粒白土的结论。

Based on the properties of adsorption of olefins and acidic catalytical activity possessed by granular clay,the cyclobutylsulfone unit is used to make olefins in aromatic extractives generate adsorption, polymerize and alkylate to the compounds with high boiling point which are removed in the distillation process in order to ensure a qualified color of benzene product. In the paper,a comparative evaluation has been made on the properties of both home-made and imported granular clay and the trial use of JH-01 granular clay in the industrial unit has been investigated. It is concluded that the home-made JH-01 granular clay is able to satisfy the requirements of practical production and to substitute the imported Filtrol granular clay.
