摘要
对I段沉淀铁催化剂(Fe/Cu/K/隔离剂)的预处理气氛和工艺参数进行了考察。结果表明,3种预处理气氛(纯H_2、纯CO和合成气)均可以使催化剂活化,且较好地引发了F-T合成反应,预处理条件温和(P=0.1~0.3MPa、T≤270℃、GHSV=1000~2000h^(-1)),而直接选用合成气则更为简单、实用和具有工业意义。较佳工艺参数是:反应温度230~250℃、反应压力2.5MPa、新鲜原料气空速:500h^(-1)、原料气H_2/CO=1.5~2及尾气循环比3~4。
The pretreatment atmospheres and technical parameters of precipitated iron catalysts used for gasoline by two-stage (MFT) were investigated. The pretreatment results with three kinds of atmospheres (i.e.pure H_2,pure CO and syngas) showed that all of them made the catalysts activated and F-T synthesis initiated well. The pretreatment conditions are mild (i.e.P=0. 1-0. 3MPa,T≤270℃, GHSV=1000-2000h^(-1)). It is more simple,practical and significant for commercialization to choose syngas as pretreatment gas.The better parameters are as follows: reaction temperature:230~250℃, pressure:2. 5MPa,gas space velocity:500h^(-1),H_2/ CO ration in feed gas:1. 5~2 and recycle ratio:3 ~4
