摘要
采用X-射线衍射法对添加稀土前后的催化剂进行了对比测定。结果表明,稀土与催化剂中其它相间的相互作用、它在晶粒界的偏聚、活性相晶胞常数的减小以及晶格畸变量的增大等均有助于催化剂性能的改善。
A comparative detection was carried out for the catalysts with and without the addition of rare earth by X-ray diffraction method. The result showed that the interreaction of rare earth and other phase of the catalyst,accumulation of rare earth by the crystal boundary, decrease of the unit cell constant of active phase and increase of the distortion amount of crystal lattice benefit the improvement of the catalyst performance.
