介绍了齐鲁甲醇装置系列中的Amisol脱硫工艺、设备存在的问题和技改措施及技改后的效果。经技术改造并增设了常温氧化锌脱硫装置后,于1991年实现了甲醇装置满负荷稳定生产。

The Amisol desulfurization process in Qilu methanol plant,problems existed in the equipment, technical innovation measures and results after innovation are described in the present paper. After the technical innovation and a ZnO desulfurization unit operated at ambient temperature was added, the plant achieved a full-load operation in 1991.
