摘要
利用NH_3吸附TPD、IR、Cahn-2000电天平及脉冲微反装置,考察了ZSM-5沸石分子筛用作低碳烷烃芳构化催化剂的制备规律和成型方法。实验显示:HZSM-5沸石中加入Zn^(2-)可以调变沸石的酸性并形成双功能催化剂,Ga^(3-)和Pt^(4-)可进一步改善催化剂性能。在催化剂成型中,粘结剂种类、加入量及加入方式对工业型催化剂性能影响较大。
The preparation and forming of ZSM-5 base catalysts for aromatization of lower alkane have been investigated by NH_3-TPD, IR, Cahn- 2000 balance and impulse microreactor. The results show that the addition of Zn^(2+)into zeolites can modify the surface acid properties in HZSM-5 and form bifunction catalyst. Ga^(3+) and Pt^(4+) can further improve the catalytic performance of ZnHZSM-5. In the forming of catalyst,the sort,the adding amount and method of the binders affect the performance of the industrial catalyst more greatly.
