摘要
进行了甲醇选择性氧化制甲酸甲酯的催化剂研制。以积分反应器为活性评价实验反应器,进行了最佳工艺条件的评选。结果表明,具有最佳活性的催化剂的V/Tia,r比值为0.037,反应温度为165℃,进料醇氧摩尔比为1.1。
The catalysts for selective oxidation of methanol to methyl formate were prepared. Using an integral reactor as the experimental reactor for activity evaluation,the optimum process conditions were selected:The results showed that the catalyst with the best activity has a ratio of V/Ti(?)= 0. 037,the reactive temperature is 165℃ and the feed methanol/oxygen ratio is 1.1(mole).
