摘要
用程序升温氧化技术(TPO)研究了用重稀土改性的烃类转化Ni/Al_2O_3催化剂上积炭和烧炭的过程。以正庚烧为原料,用Ar代替蒸汽进行脉冲催化反应,由气相色谱法测定烧炭过程的耗氧量和产物中的CO、CO_2量。实验证明,添加不同含量的重稀土氧化物可显著改善镍催化剂的抗积炭性能,添加顺序以先浸稀土后浸镍为佳。
The process of formation and removal of carbonaceous deposits on Ni/ Al_2O_3 hydrocarbon reforming catalyst with the addition of heavier rare earth oxides in different ways was studied by TPO. With n-heptane as the feedstock, the pulse catalytic reaction was carried out by using Ar instead of steam. The consumption of O_2 in removing car- bonaceous deposits and the contents of CO and CO_2 in products were determined by GC. The results showed that the inhibition of carbonaceous deposition on Ni/Al_2O_3 catalyst was greatly promoted by adding different quantities of heavier rare earth oxides, and the addition of heavier rare earth oxides prior to impregnation of NiO was more effective.
