膀胱癌上皮钙粘素基因启动子甲基化的研究 被引量:1

摘要 有研究表明上皮钙粘素(E-CD)基因(CDH1)启动子异常甲基化是该基因表达下调的原因之一[1].为探讨膀胱癌CDH1基因表达减低的机制,我们采用甲基化特异性PCR(MSP)方法检测39例膀胱癌组织中CDH1基因启动子甲基化的状况,同时检测肿瘤组织中上皮钙粘素蛋白的表达.
