高压氧在急性硫化氢中毒治疗中的应用

Application of hyperbaric oxyen for the treatment of acute hydrogen sulfide intoxication

急性硫化氢中毒症状出现特别快 ,严重者在数秒钟内死亡 ,抢救须分秒必争 ,而及早进行高压氧治疗可有效保护大脑功能 ,减少损害 ,利于尽快苏醒康复 ,同时减轻肺部炎症及其它合并症。经抢救 6例急性硫化氢中毒患者 (采用立即吸氧 ,大量维生素C、硫代硫酸钠、亚甲蓝静脉注射等 ) ,结合高压氧治疗 ,8～ 1 5d全部痊愈出院。

The symptoms of acute hydrogen sulfide(H 2S) intoxication develop very quickly. The severely poisoned patients could die in few seconds. Time for rescue is very important. Taking hyperbaric oxygen(HBO)therapy in time is an effective treatment,which may protect cerebral function,decrease cerebral lesion,accelerate palinesthesia and relieve pulmonary inflammaiton and other complications. 6 cases of H 2S intoxication were treated emergently by inspiring oxygen and iv. of Vitamin C,sodium gyposulfit and methylene blue,combined with HBO treatment. All the cases were fully recovered and discharged after 8～15 days.
