载人航天航天员意外伤情及现场和后送过程中护理应急预案研究

目的 探讨载人航天航天员可能发生的意外伤情及其现场和后送过程中的护理。方法 回顾与分析国内外有关载人航天航天员已经发生的意外伤害资料 ,结合我们已进行的载人航天航天员的医疗救护演练和研究 ,并引用国内外公开发表的相关论文及著作 ,提出有效的护理措施。结果 主要针对载人航天航天员可能发生的意外伤情 ,使护理方案更趋于合理 ,抢救成功率更高。结论 对载人航天系统在设计、生产、试验等方面能完全满足安全性的要求 ,才能最终保证载人航天安全。同时对返回着陆场区的航天员实施正确的医疗救护和周到护理是保障航天员安全 。

Objective To explore nursing care of cosmonauts undergoing accidental injuries in aerospace flight.Methods Based on the data available concerning accidental injuries during aerospace flight in foreign nations and on the exercise and study of aerospace flight in our country, appropriate nursing care measures were proposed. Results More reasonable and effective nursing care and rescue measures for accidental injuries of aerospace flight were laid out. Conclusions Reasonable and effective nursing care measures are an important aspect of a successful manned aerospace flight.
