精神分裂症智能损害与脑萎缩的关系探讨(英文)

A Clinical Study on Relationship between Intelligence Impairment and Brain Atrophy in Schixophrenia

目的 探讨精神分裂症智能损害与脑萎缩的关系。方法 应用WAIS -RC对 34例精神分裂症患者进行智力测验 ,然后按CT结果分为脑萎缩组 2 8例 (82 % )和非脑萎缩组 6例 (18% ) ,分别进行智力测验比较并与常模对照 ,同时分析不同智力水平脑萎缩的情况。结果 脑萎缩组的智能损害更明显、智力水平越低、脑萎缩的发生率越高、程度越重、分布越广 (如脑室扩大、脑裂增宽、脑沟加深、甚至全脑萎缩 )。结论 精神分裂症智能损害与脑萎缩关系密切 ,提示精神分裂症智能损害者存在脑器质损害基础。

Objective To explore the relationship between intelligence impairment and brain atrophy in schixophrenia.Methods 34 cases with schizophrenia were tested intelligence with WAIS-RC and were examined brain CT. Then,according to CT results, all the subjects were classified into two grups-the brain atrophy group with 28 patients (about 82%) and the non-brain atrophy group with 6 cases (about 18%).The intelligence of the two groups were compared with each other with the control of norms.At the same time, the conditions of brain atrophy in different levels were analyzed.Results The brain atrophy group showed obviously more intelligence impairment.The lower the intelligent level was ,the higher the incidence of brain atrophy showed,and the severer and broader the brain atrophy was such as ventricle broadenness,fissure widenness,sulci deeepenness,even the whole brain atrophy. Conclusions There was close relationship between intelligence impairment and brain atrophy in schixophrenia.This suggested that the schizophrenics with intelligence impairment existed the basis of brain organic impairment.
