摘要 特应性皮炎 (AD)是一种慢性反复发作的皮肤病 ,常伴剧烈的瘙痒 ,但引起瘙痒的机制尚未完全阐明。本文就近年来与AD瘙痒有关的病理生理因素如神经因素、蛋白酶、蛋白酶活化受体、细胞因子。
