摘要
目的 :掌握大中小学生不良情绪发生及其心理调节处理方法 ,为制定学校心理健康教育保健策略提供依据。方法 :采用整群分层随机抽样方法 ,对全省 5个市 80所大中小学校 10 5 80名学生进行问卷调查。结果 :大中小学生不良情绪发生率达 88.2 % ,但较严重的不良情绪发生率农村学生和小学生最高 ;约 70 %~ 90 %的学生应对烦恼、焦虑、忧郁不良情绪的主要方法为看电影电视 ,听音乐唱歌 ,体力劳动或体育活动 ;超过 6 0 .0 %的学生在发生不良情绪时不能够寻求医生帮助和不知道如何处理。结论 :大中小学生存在不同程度的不良情绪 ,大多数学生不能主动寻找处理方法。提示应加强学校心理健康教育和学生心理保健指导。
Objective: To understand the occurring of ill-mood and the ways of psychological adjustment in pupils and for middle schools and universities of Jiangsu province, providing the bases on outline the strategy of psychological education in schools. Methods: By stratified cluster and questionnaires, 10 580 students were selected from 80 primary and middle schools and universities in 5 cities of Jiangsu Province Results: The incidence of ill-mood in primary and middle schools and universities is 88.2%, and the incidence of worse ill-mood in primary school students and rural area students is the highest; The preferred ways of psychological adjustment in 70%~90% students with ill-mood include seeing movie, watching TV, listening music, singing, doing physical work and taking part in sports activities; More than 60.0% of the students do not take any steps and don't know how to deal with either. Conclusion: There are various degrees of ill-mood in primary students and rural area students, most of them would not take any measusres of adjustment for themselves. Suggestion: It is necessary for policy-makers of schools and universities to intensify health education.
